Ingredients

• ½ l milk
• 2 eggs
• 200 g all-purpose flour
• 300 g Olomoucke tvaruzky (sticks)
• ketchup
• lovage
• salt
• oil

Food preparation

Whisk the eggs with milk and flour and add a little salt. Pour the pancake batter onto a greased pan and fry on both sides. Immediately after removing them from the pan, spread them with ketchup, sprinkle with chopped lovage, put a tvaruzky stick over it and roll. Pancakes prepared this way should be laid into a fat greased baking dish and baked in a hot oven.
