Ingredients

• 100 g Olomoucke tvaruzky cheese
• penne pasta
• canned whole peeled tomatoes
• chilli pepper, lovage, salt, olive oil

Food preparation

Cook the pasta per instructions. In a skillet, heat 2 tbs of olive oil. Add slices of the chilli pepper. Add canned tomatoes and stir. Reduce the sauce on low heat for 10 minutes. Add one handful of chopped lovage and a pinch of salt. Add the cooked pasta into the skillet and stir thoroughly and sprinkle with chopped Olomoucke tvaruzky cheese. Stir but do not cook any longer.
