Ingredients
- 150 g Olomoucke tvaruzky cheese
- 800 g potatoes
- 1 egg
- garlic
- self-rising flour as needed
- salt, pepper, marjoram
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Food preparation
Grate Olomoucke tvaruzky cheese and potatoes. Add crushed garlic mixed with salt, egg, flour and spices. Finally mix in the baking soda. Form individual pancakes from the batter. Serve with sauerkraut.
