Ingredients

• 150 g Olomoucke tvaruzky cheese (pieces with onion)
• 4–8 bell peppers (depending on size)
• 2 sausages
• 1 onion
• mustard, oil

Food preparation

Core the bell peppers and cut them in half. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Brush with olive oil and bake in the oven. Slice the onion. Cut the sausage into cubes and mix with mustard and cheese bits. After 10 minutes, remove the bell peppers from the oven and stuff with the mixture. Return the stuffed peppers into the oven and bake for another 15 minutes.
