Ingredients

• 100 g Olomoucke tvaruzky cheese (pieces with garlic)
• 1 Romaine lettuce
• tomatoes
• peppers
• cucumber

Dressing:

• juice from one lemon
• 2 tbs olive oil
• spring onion

Food preparation

Whisk the lemon juice with olive oil and one pinch of salt in a bowl and add chopped spring onion. Wash and clean the vegetables. Cut them into small pieces and add into the bowl and mix with the dressing. Finally add Olomoucke tvaruzky cheese sliced into small pieces.
